Ordering Methods

1.) Order online at our secure website by following the ADD TO CART prompts. During checkout, you can use your credit card, debit card, Paypal Express Checkout, or send a Check or Money Order.
2.) Call toll-free 1-888-886-2480, 10 am - 6 pm, Eastern Standard Time to order via phone using any of the above payment methods.

When you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately. We will notify you of the status of the order and the product availability.
If you would like to send us a check or money order, please contact us via phone for information and a complete total in regards to your order.

• Truck Gear LLC does NOT offer C.O.D. orders.

Truck Gear LLC will not accept checks in any amount over $2,500.00. Any order totals that exceed this amount will have to be paid for by Money Order, Credit Card, Certified Bank Check, PayPal, or Cash at our business location.

RETURNED CHECKS will be processed Electronically for check amount plus State allowed fees.

About Michigan Sales Tax:

Michigan Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases made by customers whos billing address or shipping address is within Michigan. Michigan Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases shipped within Michigan. This applies to all customers from other states or countries who purchase products and have these products shipped to an address within Michigan.

Ordering Procedure and Delivery Timeframes:

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Most of our products are shipped UPS Ground or FEDEX ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder and we will attempt to contact you.

Truck Gear LLC makes every effort to ship said items same day or next business day if ordered afterhours. However, many of the items we carry are in high demand and therefore will occasionally be out of stock. In the event something is out of stock, every effort will be made to obtain that item in an expeditious manner but normal delivery times could potentially be delayed. Additionally, some items in the JK-GEAR store are not inventoried by Truck Gear LLC and will drop-ship directly from their respective manufacturer. For items that will be drop-shipped current availability and delivery times can not be guaranteed by Truck Gear LLC.

Build to Order:

In addition to products being out of stock due to high demand or occasional supplier delays, some brands such as Rock Krawler use a build to order business model. Many of the products from companies like this are not built until they are ordered by the customer. This is usually because of the amount of options that they offer in their products. Lead times can add anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for some of these companies so you may want to contact us if your product needs are immediate.

Cancellations:

Order cancellations before shipment will result in a minimum fee of 5% of total invoice to offset all processing fees. Other fees that may affect your cancellation are any eBay or Paypal fees associated with your purchase.

Special Order Policy:

Non-listed products - Truck Gear LLC will special order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary delivery time, so estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed. Special order products are not listed on the website and must be purchased directly through a sales representative.

Special Order Items - Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or full payment prior to order. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
